The objective: to build a highly-engaging interface for Carrefour’s online brand that would be attractive to premium consumers and encourage them to shop online;

The challenge: to redefine the online shopping experience for customers that are not used to make their everyday purchases online.

Our approach helped us achieve something that seems almost impossible at first sight: a platform that is both sophisticated and user-friendly. The designs are simple, yet powerful, the online platform is extremely complex, but its interface is amazingly simple for users and, moreover, we managed to implement a feedback system that exponentially grew Carrefour’s consumer database.
