The biggest challenge for the Epic Properties project was to build its online identity as the company did not exist on the web before. The site was required to showcase the client's entire property inventory in a way that was not only appealing but also action-inspiring. The large property inventory made the internal search indispensable and frequent data updates necessitated the incorporation of a robust web content management system(WCMS). Besides being user-friendly, the site's design was to be friendly to search the engines for easy search engine optimization. Design posed the biggest challenge as the site was to make a headstart online and create its niche in the real estate crowd cluttered throughout the word wide web. Above all, the site was to be constructed within a short timeframe of three to four weeks.

For Epic Properties, the primary goal of was to make a tangible entrance online and emerge as a strong player in the Abu Dhabi property market. The collected data was what the site's design and functionality would stand upon.

Based on the market research findings, Traffic's designers created a design that fully matched the client's requirements, i.e. it had a professional and appealing look, and it had the power to accommodate and manage thousands of properties at a time, and more importantly, it was very user-friendly. The design came with and embedded search that simplified property search. The latest properties were put on the front display to attract the users and make them take an action. Calls to action were paid close attention to and were placed in a strategic and persuasive fashion. Traffic took extra pains to meet all Web Content Accessibility Guidelines and W3C standards throughput its design and development project.

The website was constructed on the latest available technologies such as HTML, CSS, .NET, SQL Server. To meet Epic's needs of frequent content updates, Traffic equipped the site with its Powerful Patriarch web content management system (WCMS). The simplicity of the WCMS would allow the company to make the changes on the site all by themselves without seeking technical help. To meet the communication needs of the company, Traffic also integrated a robust third party CRM to the Epic website. Additional dynamism and interaction was achieved through the addition of mailers and newsletters features.
