It was the best of times, it was the worst of times; it was the age of wisdom, it was the age of foolishness, but whatever it was it was the age when paper (books and newspapers) ruled the world of information. Gone are the days when printed and electronic media were the sole carriers of information. The age of digitalization and Internet has whitewashed everyother medium.
Yet, despite the whitewash, our creation and consumption of news content has survived the test of time. The medium has changed but the news-related content has remained the same in most cultures throughout history.
