Johnny Huntington, Partner & Managing Director at Traffic - I would like to take a small opportunity to extend a BIG THANK YOU to all of Traffic’s long running and most recently signed on clients, and I speak on behalf of all the Traffic team when I say it has truly been an absolute pleasure working with you all and furthermore we have thoroughly enjoyed helping to make your businesses a success on a relatively new advertising channel (for the Middle East), that we call ‘online’.

Traffic has now been running for roughly 26 months in the UAE market (head quartered in Dubai), and was started in mid-2008 during the global recession with a team of 5 individuals which has rapidly grown to a robust team of 40 professional online staffers of varying disciplines dedicated to servicing all your online requirements.

During this global recessionary period Traffic has consistently seen excellent growth rates of around 10% monthly across the board on all our services and infrastructure, which has consistently led to projected departmental targets set to the team being out performed on all levels. We are now looking to see this trend continue for the short term future as we cement our client base in the UAE with steady expansions into the Abu Dhabi market and beyond regionally.

The main driver to Traffic’s success in a very tough market and economic climate has been three fundamental principles which every member of the traffic team abides by religiously, however in today’s fast paced world are often forgotten over less important matters and these are the principles of “quality”, “service” and “every client has equal importance”.

Quality

It has always been Traffic’s mandate to outperform any of our competitors by providing a level of quality to our online service delivery that leads to a 100% satisfied business customer every single time. This philosophy is injected in every experience you will have with us from the top down, through concepts, design, development, implementation and marketing services. We guarantee as clients you will not get this much focus on quality from any other online service provider in the region.

Service

Quite simply we aim to NEVER ‘drop the ball’ from start to finish, and you will experience crystal clear lines of communication, swift issue resolve, and a practical, educated and common sense approach given to you by our highly skilled Sales and Account Managers. And of course the production and marketing teams move heaven and hell to get you want when you need it, it is very common to see production staff in the office in the late evenings and on the weekends when the sun is shining outside.

Every client has equal importance

Traffic deals with every client from small and mid-sized to large international corporations. Firstly, the reason that you will always find we deal with servicing small to mid-sized businesses is that the management at Traffic realize the importance of providing high quality deliverables at good prices to companies looking to build presence, move into a new market etc…

At Traffic we believe that if you help younger businesses get on their feet you are also at the same time helping to grow, enrich and help the economy flourish in some small way… This is a larger conversation (probably best left for another time in ‘helping to sow the seeds of entrepreneurialism’). Above all small and mid-sized businesses will always find a welcome home with Traffic, and we NEVER turn away clients because of their size.

On a personal note I find advertising and marketing agencies that practice turning away clients due to size… snobby, elitist and above all it is an incredibly juvenile and insolent practice. In many cases they are only looking out for No. 1 (themselves) and have no intention of furnishing the client with a beautiful product. You will never see Traffic take on this practice as long as the company runs.

Above all, I would like to repeat the primary goal of this message that I started off with, and that is to extend a very warm thanks to all our clients, we appreciate you all more than you could ever know and it has been an absolute pleasure to deal with you all, we very much look forward to continuing our relationships with you and supporting you where we can every step of the way.
