The client is a prospering Dubai-based realtor dealing in all types of residential and commercial properties in Dubai and across UAE. The Property Store wanted a strong presence on the web to promote the brand online as well as to help people find their desired properties in an easier and effective way anywhere across the region.

Traffic’s web designers built the site from scratch using the latest available design techniques and trends for making the project friendly to both browsers and users’ eyes. Without disturbing the brand identity of the client in any way, our design solution gave The Property Store a new fresh outlook that’s integral for a strong web presence. Every single design part of the project including the logo, icons, animation and interactive work, and photography was created exclusively for the client to help them obtain a unique and strong identity in the extremely competitive online real estate industry.

The site features residential and commercial sections loaded with comprehensive up-to-the-minute property listings. Another major section of the site is ‘Sell Property’ where property owners can upload their details to get their property listed with Property Store. The site also features a news section to keep the users informed about the latest industry situation and happenings. The dynamic ‘recommended property’ slider gives the users an overview of some of the available properties.

Development of the site also took place at the Traffic labs. The site was built on the latest development technology with a third-party database integration provided by Masterkey Systems. The flawless development of the website guarantees smooth navigation and a pleasant user experience.
