Well what can we say…. It’s been an excellent year for us in 2009 - although a recessionary period globally, the demand for quality online services has not slowed down. Many companies in the Middle East are now realizing that they can no longer ignore utilizing an effective online strategy to their advantage, be it for marketing purposes or to generate leads and sales. This is slowly ushering in a new and exciting era for online development within the GCC for a business and consumer audience that has suddenly become ‘switched on’ and savvy.
To compound this ‘onwards and upwards’ trend and also our more positive than predicted growth in 2009, Traffic have moved location from Al Raffa across town to Fortune Towers in the Jumeriah Lakes Towers district of Dubai. This relocation is a very positive move for the company placing us close to many of our clients in Dubai and also providing us with swift access to Abu Dhabi where we are starting to build very noticeable suppliers presence.
The Traffic team is also growing larger everyday and during the period of 2009 we grew a staggering 50% in head count when many others were downsizing or shutting up shop. There are of course a few reasons to how and why we did this (the chief one being we would never let a small thing like a global economic downturn hold us back), however you will always find we follow a general common sense approach to achieving our company ambitions and goals and we never jump ahead of ourselves.
Above all Traffic have started to build a reputation of providing quality web production that cannot be found anywhere else in the region and a client servicing department that is unparalleled in response speed and efficiency.
