Traffic Online DMCC is looking for a Offline Media Manager who will be responsible for the completion of all groundwork required for the agency’s offline media plan buying activities in Saudi Arabia. The person would be responsible for the ATL strategy development, buying, execution and monitoring..

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage day-to-day client interaction
  • Development of Strategy and Leading all media planning activities
  • Working collaboratively with team members to develop and manage integrated media plans across mediums including TV, Print & Radio..
  • Create and maintain media plans, flowcharts, buying guidelines, budget summaries, plan implementation and competitive reports
  • Coordinating with media vendors of offline channels. Buying and monitoring quality inventory to best suit client business objectives
  • Manage the day-to-day implementation, optimization and performance of on-going campaigns. Assist in strategic analysis of campaigns.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • 3 - 4 years media planning experience
  • Thorough understanding of the media process, media department and inter-department relationships
  • Knowledge and application of media systems, planning concepts and data bases
  • Experience with syndicated software
  • Constructing media plans to deliver brand campaign objectives

Skills Required:

  • Strong time management and speed of delivery
  • Strong Industry network and understanding of the requirement
  • Eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Conscientious with the ability to multi-task and work well under tight deadlines
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrate ability to generate and present well-considered ideas and solutions
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills (at manager level)
