Integrated Art Director (IAD)

In this role, you are always ready to design and execute integrated, cross-channel initiatives – you can turn daydreams into reality with flair and speed.

You’ll spend quality time with your good friends Photoshop and Illustrator, yes, but you’ll also collaborate with creative directors, copywriters, designers, and other key members of our creative team to produce awesome, industry-leading work.


The IAD will report to the Executive Creative Director with dotted line reporting to the Creative Director and will support on agency growth.

  • Creating and communicating concepts that intrigue and inspire both peers and clients – with smart rational to back them up
  • Designing comps, storyboards, initial graphic concepts, and final deliverables and think beyond design discipline boundaries to create integrated campaigns and programs
  • Collaborating and partnering with copywriters to ensure that both the copy and the visuals are in perfect synch to make the concept as powerful, vivid and compelling as possible
  • Work very closely with leadership to help craft strategically focused and creative concepts for traditional, environmental and social content, and a brand voice for client
  • Partner with all disciplines (strategy, technology, marketing and production)
  • Commitment to continuous process improvement initiatives and ability to solve problems
  • Inspiring confidence to work independently and in support of department goals and business objectives


  • 5+ years industry experience in an agency or creative studio setting
  • Energy, a sense of humor and an open & curious mind
  • Exceptional conceptual and design skills and a robust portfolio that shows your talent in both print and Web
  • Strong experience on large cross-channel and/or direct-marketing initiatives across media, both online and off
  • Strong expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, in-depth understanding of CGI capabilities, motion graphic, interaction design skills and emerging platforms
  • A knack for strategic brainstorming
  • Degree in Graphic Design or a related creative discipline
  • Portfolio showing a strong design sense with big brand experience
  • Poise and focus under pressure
  • Must be detailed oriented and work well handling multiple jobs in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal (Deliberative, and creative problem-solving skills)
  • Advanced level of experience with the Creative Suite
  • Exposure to both traditional and digital campaigns
  • Passion (the ability to view the work as fun!)
